Hill Country Harm Reduction is a community-rooted collective committed to harm reduction and peer support at music events in Central Texas. Founded on the belief that everyone deserves dignity, safety, and support, we work at the intersections of public health, justice, and care.

Our team is made up of peer support workers, clinicians, nurses, organizers, artists, and advocates, many of whom bring lived experience with the very populations we seek to serve. We’re united by a shared commitment to meeting people where they are, reducing harm, and building pathways toward healing and wholeness.

Whether through direct outreach, education, supplies, live testing, or peer to peer support, our work centers safe spaces for support. We believe in community care, and we show up, rain or shine.
